About This Product

Linkwell" is the world's first high-speed automatic sausage filling machine that can produce natural intestine sausages of a constant weight and length. Ideal for filling all types of casings, including sheep intestine, pig intestine, collagen, and cellulose, it can produce more than 800 regular-sized and quantitative natural intestine sausages per minute, 1,500 pieces per minute for collagen, and 3,000 pieces per minute for cellulose. Filling natural intestine can be performed by a standard staff of 3 people, and filling an artificial casing can be performed by a standard staff of 2 staff.

■Easy to use monitor function

The screen layout is simple and easy to understand so that anyone can use the machine immediately after installing it. There is no need to worry about incorrect work or damage to the machine due to the complexity of the monitor screen.

■Metering pump with improved durability

We have increased the power of the metering pump's drive unit and further increased its structural strength, making it even more durable. In addition, the start and stop timing of pump operation can be easily adjusted, preventing casing loss due to unfilling of the leading and trailing ends of the casing.

■Dry twister with improved maintainability

No oil is used inside the housing due to the use of a timing belt. This eliminates oil leakage and extends the life of the parts inside the housing. Also, there is no need to remove the unit during maintenance, which can be done in a short time.

■Hygienic drainage system

A water tray and chute are included as standard to collect water in one place. It is possible to improve the working environment by removing the rain boots.

■Various linking chains

3 pitches (lengths can be selected from 28.56mm). Straight (no twist) filling is also possible. Linking chains with 4.7mm spacing can be used as an option.

■Linking belt

The length of the product to be produced can be changed depending on the spacing between the pinchers. Product lengths can be made with a minimum length of 2cm or at intervals of 1cm. It is also possible to create "linking belts" for products in 0.5cm units as an option.

■Separation of air parts and electrical parts

By arranging the air components completely separate from the electrical components, repairs and adjustments can be performed easily and safely.

■Adjustable taper packing

This packing is necessary to transmit twist to the sausage.By tightening it from the back, it is possible to finely adjust the size of the packing inner diameter, and it is possible to transmit the appropriate twist during filling.
