About This Product

A single machine can perform manual high-speed fixed-size and fixed-quantity filling of natural intestine and fully automatic high-speed fixed-size and fixed-quantity filling of artificial casing. Reduces residual metal inside the piping and allows for space-saving installation. Conventionally, a meat pump was required to feed meat to a high-speed filling machine, but by integrating a vacuum filling machine and a high-speed filling machine, one machine can quickly and accurately produce natural intestines and artificial casings. Sausage filling is now possible.

■Easy product switching

The screen layout is simple and easy to understand so that anyone can use it immediately after installing the machine.

■Vane pump

The latest high-tech vane pump prevents the temperature of the input ingredients from rising, and dispenses a fixed amount without damaging the meat without kneading it.

■Thick filling

Filling thick materials is possible by rotating the operation panel approximately 180 degrees and attaching a straight nozzle.

■Direct piping (with magnetic filter)

You can fill sausages with high quality and good texture without damaging the meat. *Magnetic filter is optional.

■Fixed chute system

The sausages that slide down the fixed chute can be hung quickly and accurately onto the hooks of the horizontal hook conveyor. This makes it possible to hang natural intestine sausages at high speed, which was not possible with rotating or operating chutes. The hanging hook has a shape that makes it easy to insert smoke sticks and take out hanging sausages.

■Linking belt

The length of the product to be produced is changed by the spacing between the pinchers on the linking belt. The product length can be made with a minimum length of 2cm or at 1cm intervals. Additionally, it is also possible to create linking belts for products in 0.5cm increments as an option.
