About This Product

A UV lamp decomposes ozonated water and creates clean water. ULVIT is a water-flow type dissolved ozone decomposition device that instantly decomposes dissolved ozone in fluids using a high-power ultraviolet lamp. Space saving is possible compared to activated carbon method and bubbling method.

■Compatible with hydrofluoric acid ozone

Using a low-pressure mercury arc discharge method, dissolved ozone in the fluid is decomposed using a high-power germicidal lamp that efficiently produces a 253.7 nm germicidal radiation. SUS material is used for the wetted parts, and a quartz tube is used as the UV lamp protection tube, resulting in a structure with excellent cleanliness and chemical resistance. Primarily ozonated water is best used in generator monitor lines.

■Ideal for pure water recycling

Unlike adsorption methods such as activated carbon, ULVIT directly decomposes dissolved ozone using UV light, so there is no effluent to the secondary side, making it ideal for recycling pure water.

■M/L type

The ozonated water that flows into the decomposition tower inside the device flows between the inside of the decomposition tower tube and the protection tube, and uses the ozone decomposition wavelength output from the ultraviolet lamp in the protection tube to remove dissolved ozone in the fluid. Disassemble.
