About This Product

■Summary

・JDKT is the product name for heat-shrinkable termination material for cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables. ・JDKT is made of highly reliable heat shrink material that has been used in Europe and the United States for over 30 years, and in Japan for over 20 years. ・Applicable cable: CV (E) /EM-CE single core, triplex, 3 core

■Features

・A “stress control tube” is used for electric field relaxation method (6.6kV or higher). It only shrinks when heated, so there is no need for manual labor like with plug-in types. ・The tube used for the outer layer is a "non-tracking tube (red)" that has high long-term reliability even in heavily polluted environments. This makes it possible to use the same method regardless of the installation environment (indoors, outdoors, salt damage resistance). ・As it is a dry type that requires few materials and does not use any admixtures, it can reduce work time. At the same time, work reliability is improved. ・The terminal processing part can be bent within the cable's allowable bending range, resulting in compact finished dimensions. ・Construction and installation are possible regardless of installation conditions (vertical, horizontal, slope, etc.). ・Unlike rubber expansion products, etc., there is no time limit on material storage and long-term storage is possible. Additionally, the material itself is lightweight and easy to handle. ・No need for silicone grease, so you won't get your hands dirty. - The grounding wire is a "solderless method", so no soldering is required. ・Voltage test and energization can be performed immediately after construction.
