■Summary
・Metal Power is a reinforced flexible wire protection tube for underground burial. Due to its corrugated composite structure of steel plate and flame-retardant polyethylene, it is an underground conduit material that is easy to bend and has excellent workability, with even higher performance in terms of load-bearing strength and heat-resistant strength.
・Can be used for shallow burial, burial under roads, high voltage lead-in, electric wire common trenches, etc.
■Features
- Conforms to JIS C 3653 (Construction method for underground power cables) Annex 3.
・Compressive strength: Structure in which the composite with metal is corrugated to increase rigidity. It has high compressive strength, and the pipe inner diameter deformation rate under a load of 123kN/m2 is extremely small, less than 1%.
・Lightweight and long length: Light and long length makes it easy to install.
・Heat-resistant compressive strength: Because it is a composite with metal, it has high compressive strength even under high temperature conditions (80℃) due to cable heat generation when electricity is applied.
・The deformation rate of the inner diameter of the pipe when loaded with 123kN/m2 is almost the same as at room temperature, a feature not found in other resin pipes.
・It has flexibility and follows uneven subsidence.It can also absorb uneven subsidence of the ground.
・Flame retardant pipe (conforms to JIS)
