■Applicable standards
JCS 3501 (Heat-resistant wire for small power circuits) Fire and Disaster Management Agency Notification No. 11 (Standards for heat-resistant wires)
■Applications
Mainly used for small power circuits (working voltage less than 60V) in disaster prevention facilities, etc.
■Features
It has heat resistance performance specified in Fire and Disaster Management Agency Notification No. 11 "Standards for Heat-Resistant Electrical Wires" and can withstand voltage of 250V AC at a high temperature of 380℃ 15 minutes after heating starts.
(Note) This is not the operating temperature/voltage.
As a product that complies with the Japan Cable Industry Association standard (JCS 3501), it has been certified by the Electric Cable Technology Center. The polyethylene insulation of all wire cores is colored, which prevents incorrect wiring and facilitates wiring connection work. The standard twin-twist shape is shielded with metallized paper tape, but in order to enhance the electrostatic shielding effect, we also have a lineup with a structure in which the electrostatic shielding layer is replaced with annealed copper tape (HP-S) .
