About This Product

Power cables are used to supply power to power circuits and equipment ranging from low voltage to high voltage in buildings and factories. It is also an essential product for building power networks. Fire-resistant, heat-resistant, and alarm wires are widely used for wiring such as emergency power circuits, emergency broadcast speakers in the event of a fire, and signal transmission circuits for fire alarms.

・For general 6,600V power distribution ・Maximum allowable conductor temperature: 90℃

■Identification

Based on the color coding of the tape. ・3 hearts: white, red, blue ・Sheath color: Black is standard.

■Related standards

JIS C 3606 “High voltage cross-linked polyethylene cable” (latest edition)

■Conductor

Circular compression stranded wire. The conductor is based on JIS C 3102 "Electrical Soft Copper Wire".

■Internal semiconducting layer

Extruded semiconductive layer. Note) A semiconductive tape may be applied on the conductor. The thickness of the internal semiconducting layer is included in the thickness of the insulator.

■Insulator

crosslinked polyethylene

■External semiconducting layer

semiconductive tape

■Shielding

Wrap the annealed copper tape and apply the presser tape on top.

■Twisting

Twist the three wire cores from the right (from S).
