About This Product

・Uses a 600V CV single core that is JIS certified (JIS mark displayed)
・For general power
- Allowable current is larger than bulk sheath type CV, and terminal processing is easy.
・The six substances restricted by the RoHS Directive* are below the regulation values. In addition, products compatible with 10 substances* can also be manufactured. *Target substances (6 substances): Lead, hexavalent chromium, mercury, cadmium, PBBs, PBDEs (10 substances): Above 6 substances + DEHP, BBP, DBP, DIBP
・Maximum allowable conductor temperature: 90℃
■Identification
Based on the colored lines on the sheath surface.
・CVT: Black (no colored lines), white, red
・Sheath color: Black is standard.

JISC3605 “600V polyethylene cable” (latest edition)
■Conductor
Circular stranded wire or circular compression stranded wire. The conductor is based on JIS C 3102 "Electrical Soft Copper Wire".

■Wire core identification
This is done by the color of the straight line mark on the sheath surface.
・Black phase: None
・White phase: white straight mark
・Red phase: Red straight mark
■Twisting
Twist the three wire cores from the right (from S).
