■Standard test condition

Normal temperature (5-35℃), normal humidity (RH45-85%), normal pressure (860-1060hpa). However, if there is any doubt about the judgment, it should be performed at a temperature of 20±2deg, RH60-70%, and atmospheric pressure 860-1060hpa.

■Moisture resistance

After being left in a bath at 40℃±2deg and RH90-95% for 48 hours, returned to normal temperature and humidity and left for 30 minutes, the insulation resistance should be 10MΩ or more at 500V DC, and the withstand voltage should be applied to 2000V AC for 1 minute without any abnormality. Life test

■Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law

After opening and closing 5,000 times at AC125V 15A (resistive load) and 100 times at AC125V 22.5A, the following conditions must be satisfied. Plug removal force 4.9~58.8N (0.5~6kgf), temperature rise 35deg or less when AC125V 15A is applied.

■UL/CSA standards

The following conditions shall be satisfied after opening and closing 50 times (100 times for CSA) at AC125V 22.5A (inductive load). Plug removal force 13.4~66.6N (1.36~6.8kgf), temperature rise 30deg or less when AC125V 15A is applied.

■Heat resistance

After leaving it in a tank at 70℃±2deg for 2 hours, return it to normal temperature and humidity, and leave it for 30 minutes. There should be no abnormality that is harmful to use.

■Cold resistance

After leaving it in a tank at -25℃±3deg for 2 hours, return it to normal temperature and humidity, and leave it for 30 minutes. There should be no abnormality that is harmful to use.
