■You can see the conversion rate (%) of sucrose → invert sugar
Built-in both refractometer and polarimeter. In addition to optical rotation and Brix, conversion rate (%) is automatically calculated and displayed. Please use it in fields such as sugar refining.

By measuring the refractive index and optical rotation at the same time, it is possible to determine the percentage of fructose, glucose, and other constituent components of the sugar solution, which could not be determined by measuring the refractive index (Brix) alone.

■With judgment function
Equipped with a judgment function to improve work efficiency. When you set the upper and lower limits, a lamp will notify you of the judgment.
