About This Product

■Adopts a touch panel for improved operabilityThe automatic polarimeter/saccharimeter SAC-i takes automatic measurements and digital displays in just 12 seconds by simply installing the observation tube in the sample chamber and pressing the start switch. Automatic measurement is possible up to 999 times, and the average value of the measurement results is also displayed.

A touch panel has been adopted to improve operability. Repeatability is ±0.003° for optical rotation, 0.009°Z for international sugar content, and resolution can be displayed to the third decimal place. Equipped with a sleep & timer function that allows measurements to be taken at a set time. It can be connected to our digital refractometer RX-α/i series, allowing direct data transfer of Brix value and automatic calculation and display of pure sugar percentage.

■Outstanding stability and reliabilityATAGO's original measurement engine allows stable measurements in just 12 seconds (4 seconds in high-speed continuous measurement mode).

■Touch panel that ensures comfortable and reliable operationSimply install the observation tube and press the start switch to automatically measure and display digitally. Equipped with a touch panel, various settings can be made with comfortable operation. On the history storage screen, you can record 5,000 measurement results and zero adjustments/calibrations each.

■Achieving even higher accuracy with constant temperature functionConstant temperature measurement is possible by purchasing the temperature controller for the polarimeter as an option. We pursued ultimate simplicity with a new concept that is not built-in.

■Proof of trust: PTB traceabilityIt uses a quartz plate that has been calibrated by the German PTB (Physical Technology Institute).

■Consecana certification, proof of trustIt has been tested and certified by CONSECANA, an association of Brazilian sugarcane producers, ORPLANA.

■ICUMSA compliantCompliant with the International Committee for Unified Sugar Analysis (ICUMSA), which sets standards for the sugar industry.
