■Automatic control of concentration and salinity in-line
A hybrid of a refractometer and an electrical conductivity meter. It is possible to measure concentration and salinity simultaneously in-line. Eliminate the hassle of sampling and measuring, and constantly monitor flowing samples in-line.
■Automatic control of concentration and salinity
A hybrid of refractometer and conductivity meter. It has a measurement range of Brix 0.0 to 93.0% and saline concentration 0.00 to 15.00%, and realizes automatic inline management of concentration and salinity.
■CIPs functions at a glance
This function determines whether cleaning liquid used in CIP remains in the piping. By setting judgment values for concentration (Brix) and salt solution concentration (Salt) in advance, the presence or absence of cleaning liquid is displayed on the LCD and lamp. Preventing contamination leads to improved product quality and optimization of product processes.
■Wide range of measurement and sufficient accuracy
It can measure a wide range of Brix 0.00 to 80.0% with high accuracy of ±0.1%. We respond to various needs, including a wide variety of dedicated scales.
■Seamlessly with two data outputs
Equipped with DC4mA to 20mA current output function as output for recorder. Equipped with a data output function using RS-232C for PC use.
■Suitable from low to high temperatures
Equipped with an automatic temperature compensation function, it supports a wide range of temperatures from 5℃ to 100℃. The wetted surface can handle temperatures up to 160℃, so CIP and SIP cleaning can be performed with confidence.
■Compatible with strong acids and strong alkalis
If you wish to measure chemical samples, we can customize the wetted parts. It is possible to change the standard stainless steel specification to Hastelloy or titanium specification. Because we mill and polish all metals in-house, we are able to respond flexibly to changes in materials.
