About This Product
■Compact in-line liquid concentration meter
This is a CM series model that can be connected to the process refractometer PRM-100α piping. We can accommodate a variety of straight pipe shapes, L-shaped shapes, and pipe diameters. The measurement range has been expanded from Brix78% to 80%, and the measurement accuracy has been improved to ±0.1%. The prism stage (wetted part) is now flat.
■Compact with integrated detection unit and calculation unit
This is a unit type in-line refractometer with an operation/display section on the front and a sensor detection section on the back. Its compact size makes it ideal for installation in various processes.
■Wide range of measurement and sufficient accuracy
It can measure a wide range of Brix 0.00 to 80.0% with high accuracy of ±0.1%. We respond to a variety of needs, including a wide variety of dedicated scales and intrinsically safe explosion-proof models.
■Seamlessly with two data outputs
Equipped with DC4mA to 20mA current output function as output for recorder. Equipped with a data output function using RS-232C for PC use.
■Suitable from low to high temperatures
Equipped with an automatic temperature compensation function, it supports a wide range of temperatures from 5℃ to 100℃. The wetted surface can handle temperatures up to 160℃, so CIP and SIP cleaning can be performed with confidence.
■Compatible with strong acids and strong alkalis
If you wish to measure chemical samples, we can customize the wetted parts. It is possible to change the standard stainless steel specification to Hastelloy or titanium specification. Because we mill and polish all metals in-house, we are able to respond flexibly to changes in materials.
