About This Product

■Quantification of oil oxidation

Introducing an oil oxidation meter that can be used for regular oil monitoring. The operation is simple and anyone can easily measure it. This product can measure both the TPM (acidic compound) value, which is a major indicator in Europe as an indicator of the overall quality of frying oil, and the acid value (AV) value, which is an indicator of the deterioration of cooking oil.

■Easy and hassle-free

Titration methods are time-consuming to prepare and outsourced testing is expensive. DOM-24 is easy to use and can be measured immediately by dipping it in oil.

■Anyone can measure

Measuring by titration or using test strips or reagent kits may require some knowledge as the appearance may differ from person to person. For DOM-24, judge by numerical value. Anyone can measure accurately.

■No waste/waste

Unlike titration methods, test strips, and reagent kits that generate dust and waste, DOM-24 produces zero waste. There is no need to worry about reagents expiring or the cost of consumables.

Equipped with NFC (near field communication) function, measurement history can be read out by touching a contactless IC card reader or writer connected to an Android smartphone or computer. Up to 100 data items can be stored in the main unit.

■The only oil oxidation meter that can be used with IH heaters (patented)
