About This Product

■Digital salinity meter for quality control.

This is a conductivity type salinity meter that uses a cup-shaped electrode. Simply add a small amount of sample liquid such as miso soup, soy sauce (diluted liquid), sauce (diluted liquid), pickles (squeezed liquid), etc. to easily measure the salt percentage. Measurements can be taken either by placing it on a desk or by holding it in your hand. It is used for quality control in a wide range of industries, from food factories to industrial fields.

■Features

- The electrodes are made of titanium and the sample stage is made of SUS316L, improving durability. - Comes with a backlight for easier viewing. - Equipped with an offset function, which allows differences in values ​​from other principles such as titration methods to be adjusted using coefficients. *The standard solution saline has been changed compared to the old ES-421 (Cat.No.4210). Standard solution saline concentration 2.84% → Standard solution saline concentration 2.50%

■Durable with titanium electrodes. Electrode failure rate is only 0.08%

The world's first electrode to use the hard and durable metal titanium. This eliminates the drawbacks of gold-plated electrodes commonly used in salinity meters, such as their tendency to get scratched due to long-term use and friction, and fluctuations in measured values.

■Completely waterproof specification not found in other companies

IP65 waterproof specification. The product is designed to withstand harsh conditions in the kitchen and on-site.

■Displays salt concentration to the decimal point

Many simple salinity meters can only display salinity as a guide, and the value varies each time depending on how you measure it, causing some concerns about whether they are measuring correctly. ATAGO's salinity meter displays the salt concentration in numerical values ​​rather than as a rough guide.

■Equipped with a calibration function to ensure correct measurements forever

Many simple salt meters do not have a calibration function, so even if there is a discrepancy in the measured value during use, it cannot be corrected. ATAGO's salinity meter can be easily zero-set using air. Additionally, as a JCSS certified manufacturer, we also provide calibration services.

■High-temperature soup can be accurately measured using the drip type PAL-SALT.

It provides reliable measurement results even with soups that are hot or contain oil, such as miso soup, oden soup, and ramen soup. A wide range of sample temperatures can be measured from 5 to 100℃.

■Solid foods such as ham, bacon, and dried fish can also be measured.

Solid samples such as ham, bacon, dried fish, and potato chips can be measured by cutting them into small pieces and diluting them with water. It can also be used by people with high blood pressure or adult diseases who want to record their daily salt intake.
