About This Product
■Introducing a hybrid salt and sugar meter that combines a sugar meter and a salinity meter.
Sugar content (concentration) and salinity can be measured in one go. Optical prisms are used for the refraction method that measures concentration (Brix) from the refraction of light, and titanium is used for the electrical conduction method that measures salt concentration from the flow of electricity.
Furthermore, it is equipped with an offset function (*) as a new function.
(*) Example of using offset function
(Use example 1) When measuring a diluted sample, you can display the original salinity value by setting the dilution factor.
(Use example 2) If there is a difference in the measured values due to the difference between the Mohr method and the measurement principle, you can adjust the measured values by setting a coefficient.
■Hygienic design that keeps the entire device clean at all times
The area around the sample stage has a beautiful design that prevents samples from spilling and is easy to wipe off.
■With communication function → HACCP compliant
Equipped with NFC communication, it is possible to manage records even in places such as food manufacturing factories where ballpoint pens cannot be brought in due to HACCP and other measures to prevent contamination. You can use it with confidence.
■Washable waterproof specification
You can wash the prism and main body directly with water. Safe design that floats even if accidentally dropped into water.
■ELI function that is safe for outdoor measurements
Strong outside light can pass through the instrument's prism and reach the sensor, interfering with correct measurements. Adopts a safety design that displays the ELI function "nnn" when direct strong external light is detected.
■ATC corrects measured values according to temperature
The function that automatically corrects measured values according to the environment has been reviewed and thoroughly improved. Realized a mechanism (patented) that does not exist in the world. Even if the environmental temperature or sample temperature changes, you can read the displayed value without worrying.
■Mode H that allows measurement in 2 seconds at high temperatures
Hot samples had to wait 15 to 20 seconds before being measured. Mode H is a function that allows stable measurement at a high speed of 2 seconds even when the sample remains at high temperature.

■Mode S is strong against opaque samples
A function that suppresses variation and stably measures milk fat content and opaque samples, where measurement results tend to vary.
