About This Product

■Introducing a hybrid salt and sugar meter that combines a sugar meter and a salinity meter.Optical prisms are used for the refraction method that measures concentration (Brix) from the refraction of light, and titanium is used for the electrical conduction method that measures salt concentration from the flow of electricity.

In addition to the convenience of being able to measure the balance of concentration and salinity, which are the determining factors for the taste of foods in general, with a single device, it also eliminates the waste of ``dilution,'' which has been considered a common difficulty when measuring the salt content of concentrated samples such as soy sauce. We pursued By simply inputting the data of the sample to be measured only the first time, it is now possible to perform measurements without dilution from the second time onwards. It is possible to measure the salt concentration of samples with high Brix, such as soy sauce, in the undiluted solution.

■ATC corrects measured values ​​according to temperatureThe function that automatically corrects measured values ​​according to the environment has been reviewed and thoroughly improved. Realized a mechanism (patented) that does not exist in the world. Even if the environmental temperature or sample temperature changes, you can read the displayed value without worrying.

■Mode H that allows measurement in 2 seconds at high temperaturesHot samples had to wait 15 to 20 seconds before being measured. Mode H is a function that allows stable measurement at a high speed of 2 seconds even when the sample remains at high temperature.
