About This Product

The round aluminum jaws for NC lathe chucks not only securely hold the workpiece, but also have the advantage that the workpiece is less likely to be damaged even if powder or the like gets caught between the workpiece and the jaws. Additionally, when machining thin workpieces or thin-walled rings, if the spindle rotation speed is increased when the hydraulic pressure is low with conventional iron circular green jaws, there is a risk that the jaws will open due to centrifugal force and the workpiece will fall off. DFG aluminum circular jaws are much lighter in weight than iron jaws, making it possible to increase the spindle rotation speed compared to conventional jaws. Furthermore, when machining irregularly shaped workpieces with a lathe, there is no need to secure the workpiece with a clamp kit.
