About This Product
Everlight AH Sheet is a high-performance "adhesive, flexible polyurethane foam sheet" developed by combining long-standing flexible polyurethane foam technology with the latest adhesive processing technology. This Everlight AH sheet is produced under consistent quality control from "form to adhesive", and we have a system that allows you to use it with confidence.
By using Everlight AH sheet, you can easily attach (adhesive) the desired form to the object.
■Main features
・Exhibits particularly excellent adhesion performance to adherends such as ABS materials, painted steel plates, and steel plates.
・We can produce both long rolls and short plates.
・A variety of urethane foam base materials can be selected depending on the application, including materials with excellent sound absorption and heat insulation performance.
・The thickness of the urethane foam base material can be any thickness from 3 mm. (Maximum thickness 60mm)
・We use release paper with low peel resistance to make it easier to use.
-Manufactured on a dedicated line for water-based adhesives, so there is no need to worry about contamination from the outside.
