About This Product

■Preventing foreign matter from entering

The blade moves in a straight line and cuts the bag at once with its sharp cutting edge. Since it is not cut twice, almost no chips are produced, which prevents the problem of bag fragments getting mixed into the raw material. Bag cleaners can also be used to clean the bag surface.

■Bag opening test possible

We have set up a bag-opening test building and can conduct bag-opening tests at any time. It is also possible to send us raw material bags and send us a video of the bag opening and test data.

■Reliable track record

For 50 years, we have been providing more than 600 automatic bag opening machines to many customers who handle powder and granular materials, including food and pharmaceutical companies.

■99.9% recovery rate

In order to increase the powder recovery rate, we use an air blow method that pumps high-pressure air into the bag. Our unique technology greatly reduces raw material loss.
