About This Product
Modified silicone is a type of sealant used in construction and industry. Unlike regular silicone sealants, modified silicone sealants adhere easily to a variety of substrates and have excellent weather resistance and durability. It is usually used for sealing, bonding, and sealing inside and outside buildings. Because of its flexibility and weather resistance, it is less susceptible to temperature changes and external factors, and maintains stable performance over long periods of time.
Modified silicone is easy to apply paint over. It has a low modulus and can be used for ceramic siding boards. Less likely to contaminate painted materials. Ideal for joint treatment before painting.

■Applications
・Sealing the joints of ALC boards and siding boards.
・Seals for interior and exterior joints for general construction.
・Terminal treatment of sheet waterproofing, sealing around ducts and drains.
・Sealing of various roofing materials such as PVC steel plates and colored galvanized iron.
*Although it blends well with most paint materials, the surface of some paints will not harden, so be sure to check in advance.
