About This Product

■Transfer paper and fabric are set as rolls. Drum-type thermal transfer machine compatible with large-volume printing

This rotary press for heat treatment is equipped with many functions and has excellent durability. Various options can be selected to enable efficient high-speed printing finishing. The table allows you to transfer onto either rolled or cut fabrics. There is no need to cut the fabric after transfer, reducing fabric loss and increasing productivity. We handle everything from small lots to large lots. Rotary presses are mainly used to print apparel products such as polyester sportswear and uniforms, as well as textiles for sublimation, such as outdoor flags, banners, banner tapestries, and home textiles.

■Excellent drum performance

The drum is made of ST44 drawn steel tube and has a ground surface. Chrome or Teflon plating is available as an option. There is a heating unit inside the drum and it is filled with oil. Fail-safe switch mechanism balances internal pressure Also, if the gas generated by the heated oil occurs, the machine will be forced to shut down to avoid injury or damage. Thermal sensors are placed on the surface of the drum for more accurate readings and cleaner prints. Maximum operating temperature and temperature settings can be easily adjusted from the control panel

■Equipped with felt belt

Equipped with a 100% seamless felt belt from Nomex reinforced with Kevlar material to avoid stretching. The durability of the belt is 3 to 5 years. Automatic felt centering mechanism prevents felt belt snaking Both felt tension and felt centering systems are pneumatic. The machine will shut down if the compressor cannot supply enough air to the system to prevent damage to the belt
