About This Product

■Digital version of Saturn's super wide type automatic iron press machine compatible with garment printingSince the temperature setting is digital, there is no error in the set temperature. You can switch between three modes: base coat drying, direct print drying, and normal heat transfer mode. Due to the high wattage, please do not use it with tight wiring. This is a made-to-order product.

■Temperature controllerThis dial adjusts the temperature of the upper iron. Set the SV panel to the set temperature. Once the PV panel reaches the set temperature, it can be pressed. Since it is digital, there is almost no error in the set temperature.

■Pressure adjustmentThis is a dial that changes the pressure of the press. Adjust the pressure to the mark on the top. It is possible to switch from 0kN (contact pressure) to 3kN. Turning it to the right increases the pressure. Please adjust according to the thickness of the cloth and mark.

If you want to apply more than 4kN of pressure, you can increase the pressure by making the rubber mat smaller.

■TimerSet the red arrow to the timer. The upper trowel descends and is counted from the stopped state. It is also possible to switch to a longer timer than the standard time by turning the screw.

Set by turning the screw with a Phillips screwdriver. You can change the number of seconds. Basically I use sec (seconds) and min (minutes)

■Ascent angleThis dial sets the angle at which the upper trowel raises and stops when releasing steam. Please adjust the angle to the mark. Turning it to the right increases the angle. Opens up to 45° at maximum

■Number of times selector switchThis is a switch that determines the number of presses. *When setting the number of times, be careful not to accidentally get your hands caught in the remaining number of times.

■Mode changeover switchA switch that allows you to switch between 3 types of drying modes.

・A base coat drying mode: Used to dry ink after applying pre-treatment agent for garment printing.
・B Direct Print Drying Mode: Used to dry the ink after printing with a garment printer.
・C press frequency double mode: Pressure setting, press time, rising angle, steam release time, and number of times can be set. The number of presses will be doubled (1 → 2 times, 2 → 4 times, 3 → 6 times)
