■Manual iron press machine with horizontal iron and wide pressing area

Hercules is a heat press machine recommended for creating homemade goods such as novelties and original T-shirts. It can also be used for sublimation transfer, garment printing, thermocompression bonding of iron sheets, and ink drying for silk printing. This series is a reliable domestically produced press machine that is used by many customers as a commercial press. Largest effective area with manual iron press machine. Large size prints can also be pressed in one go, greatly improving work efficiency. Of course, it also has an adjustment function that allows you to change the pressure. Pressing is possible due to the large area of ​​500mm x 400mm ・Handle: Moves up and down ・Buzzer button: This button adjusts the buzzer volume. Turn it to the left to reduce the sound ·timer ・Upper trowel: Please be careful as it will be hot. ・Lower trowel ・Main switch: Press the top to turn on the power and light up in orange ・Temperature controller ・Pressure dial: A dial that changes the pressure of the press. Turning it to the left increases the pressure. Please adjust depending on the thickness of the cloth and mark.

■Pressure adjustment

You can change the pressure of the press using the dial. High-quality prints can be achieved by changing the pressure settings depending on the fabric and thickness of the mark.

■Timer

Set the press time by setting the red arrow to the timer time. The upper trowel is lowered and counting starts from a stopped state, and a buzzer sounds when the set time is reached. It is also possible to switch to a longer timer than the standard time by turning the screw.

■Temperature controller

Set the temperature according to the red mark. A red lamp lights up while the temperature is rising and turns off when the set temperature is reached.
