About This Product

Hercules is a heat press machine recommended for creating homemade goods such as novelties and original T-shirts. It can also be used for sublimation transfer, garment printing, thermocompression bonding of iron sheets, and ink drying for silk printing. This series is a reliable domestically produced press machine that is used by many customers as a commercial press.

■Utilization examples for each system

・Cutting, solvent printing: Simply press down the lever to easily press the iron sheet and increase work efficiency. ・Silk print: For drying silk ink. Large press area much larger than A3 size ・Sublimation transfer printing: Can be transferred at high temperature and constant pressure. Stable, even press for a beautiful finish ・Garment printing: One unit can dry garment ink and pre-treatment agents. Convenient count timer & press completion buzzer function included

■Equipped with easy-to-use functions

・Handle: Moves up and down ・Buzzer button: Button to adjust the buzzer volume ·timer ・Upper trowel: Please be careful as it will be hot. ・Lower trowel ・Fuse (back of main unit) ・Main switch ・Temperature controller ・Pressure dial

■Pressure adjustment

You can change the pressure of the press using the "pressure dial". High-quality prints can be achieved by changing the pressure settings depending on the fabric and thickness of the mark.

■Timer

Set the press time by setting the red arrow to the timer time. The upper trowel is lowered and counting starts from a stopped state, and a buzzer sounds when the set time is reached. It is also possible to switch to a longer timer than the standard time by turning the screw.

■Temperature controller

Set the temperature according to the red mark. A red lamp lights up while the temperature is rising and turns off when the set temperature is reached.

■Can be used with a household outlet

The power supply is AC100V, so you can use it with a household outlet. Due to the high wattage, please do not use it with loose wiring.
