About This Product

Ideal for making original mugs with sublimation transfer printing. Any cylindrical object coated with polyester, such as a teacup or sugar pot, can be pressed. You can adjust the clamp opening, so you can choose the size.

You can use it with confidence as it is produced domestically. Due to the high wattage, please do not use it with loose wiring.

■Features of Grandis iron press machine for mugs·timer
・Handle: Moves up and down
・Pressure dial: A dial that changes the pressure of the press. Turning it to the left increases the pressure. Please adjust according to the shape of the cup.
・Temperature controller
・Fuse (back of main unit)
・Main switch: Press the top to turn on the power and light up in orange
・Heater: Please be careful as it gets hot.
・Buzzer button (back of main unit): This button adjusts the buzzer volume. Turn it to the left to reduce the sound

■Timer・Changing the numerical value: The maximum value changes from 6-12-30-60 by rotating the screw with a Phillips screwdriver etc.
・Change the unit: By rotating the screw with a Phillips screwdriver, the unit changes to 01s-sec-min-hrs.
・Monitor lamp: Lights up when the handle is lowered, lights up when the set time is reached

■Temperature controllerThis dial adjusts the temperature of the upper iron. Set the SV panel to the set temperature. Once the PV panel reaches the set temperature, it can be pressed. Since it is digital, there is almost no error in the set temperature.

■How to replace the heater・Remove the 6 screws securing the heater with a Phillips screwdriver.
・Remove the cable connecting the Grandis main unit and the heater (unscrew the blue cap part)
・Connect the Grandis main unit and the replacement heater with the cable and secure it again with the 6 screws.
