HAJIME CL1 is equipped with a 40W high-power laser oscillator despite its small desktop size. We pay close attention to details such as optical parts and motion control parts, and achieve powerful and accurate engraving and cutting regardless of the material.

■Laser system safe for all users
・Laser leak prevention body: The main body is designed to prevent exposure due to diffuse reflection of the laser beam. The level is safe for observation with the naked eye and engineering equipment during processing.
・Safety interlock: The safety interlock uses a reliable magnetic switch. If you open the accelerator panel during processing, processing will stop immediately and exposure will be prevented.
・Main power switch: Equipped with a main power switch on the back panel. Ensure further safety
・Installation detection function: If the detection shows "normal", there is no need to worry about electrical leakage.
- New water cooling system using Peltier element: Automatically cools the water temperature and can be used regardless of indoor temperature. Also, since the water does not spoil, there is no need to change the water.
■Focus lens
HAJIME CL1PLUS uses a 20mm meniscus focus lens. Focuses the beam spot diameter to 0.05mm. As a result, fine machining that could not be expressed with conventional HAJIME can be finished clearly and neatly.
■Aluminum honeycomb table
The aluminum honeycomb table thoroughly pursues flatness. Minimizes distortion and prevents out-of-focus during processing. In addition, chips generated during machining are caught on the honeycomb table, so they do not contaminate the machine body.
■Timing belt
The timing belt, which is subject to stress during motion control, is made of glass fiber aramid fiber. It has extremely low elongation and can be processed with high precision. Drive parts such as stepping motors are also made of high quality products.
