About This Product

The stand type auto shaker "FLOW" is an automatic powder coating machine that can apply hot melt powder to printed DTF film. Recommended for those who do not have a shaker or those who want to produce small-lot samples. Work that was previously done manually can be automated, so productivity can be expected to increase. In addition, by removing the powder with uniform vibration, uneven finishing caused by humans is reduced, resulting in a high-quality DTF print film. The stand-type auto shaker flow can also be used for DTF printing on garment printers.

■How to use

・Set the printed film ・Place an acrylic cover to prevent scattering. ・Fold the lever and apply powder ・Adjust the vibration frequency with the knob and sift off excess powder with the vibration button. - Gently flick the film and remove it. ・Powder application to the film is complete. - Dropped powder accumulates in the tray at the bottom and can be collected. ・You can put the collected powder into the upper tank and reuse it. It may be difficult to remove powder from the center of the machine. In that case, open the lid of the powder box and loosen the powder in the center. Due to the structure of the machine, it is easy for powder to fall into the back of the machine, so please open the drawer and clean it. Depending on the strength of the vibration and the length of the vibration, the seat may move from side to side.
