About This Product

TxF150-75" is Mimaki's first DTF printer with a maximum printing width of 80cm, used to create transfer sheets for DTF printing. PHT50, a thermal transfer pigment ink exclusively for DTF consisting of 5 colors of CMYK and white, has obtained ECO PASSPORT certification, which is essential for obtaining the international standard for textile safety, OEKO-TEX®. Previous DTF printers had problems with ink ejection failure and white ink clogging, but in addition to adopting a degassing ink design that uses aluminum packs for the printer's ink packaging format, we have also added a white ink circulation function. Equipped with MCT to improve these issues It is also equipped with Mimaki's technology NCU and NRS to support stable operation. We support our customers' work by continuously outputting without stopping work.

■About the DTF print system

A printing method that creates an ink layer by printing directly onto DTF film using a printer, sprinkling adhesive powder, and drying it by applying heat. Heat press the created ink layer and press it onto fabric such as T-shirts.

■Achieve stable operation by eliminating "ink ejection failure" and "white ink clogging"

Equipped with Mimaki's technology NCU and NRS to support stable operation. Even if a problem occurs with the nozzle, you can resume printing and continue production without waiting for service personnel to repair it. It is also equipped with MCT, a function that effectively suppresses pigment precipitation by periodically circulating white ink. In addition to preventing problems such as "white ink clogging," we have incorporated an aluminum pack design into the ink packaging format and adopted a deaerating ink design to improve "ink ejection failure" and achieve stable output.
