About This Product

■What is DTF print?DTF print is an abbreviation for "Direct to film". This is a new printing method that outputs data directly onto film using a dedicated DTF printer to create a transfer sheet for printing on materials. DTF print combines a printer and a shaker (automatic powder application + dryer) to automatically generate a transfer film.

There have been various transfer sheets, but this DTF printing system has become a hot topic in the printing industry due to its reasonable price and high quality.

■Advantages of DTFIn DTF printing, 80% of the work process is performed automatically by the machine. The only human cost involved is transcription work, which can be easily created even by first-time users, so human cost can be kept to a minimum. In addition, there is no need to cast or retack, make plates, or create white plate data, so productivity is greatly improved compared to conventional systems.

Compatible materials are wide-ranging, including cotton, polyester, and other woods, and we plan to increase the number of compatible materials through repeated verification. In terms of production volume, the automation function allows this single machine to handle everything from small to large-lot mass production. Equipped with CMYK ink, allowing full color printing

■What is DTF printer cascade?This is a high-quality, reliable, domestically developed printer made with Muto Kogyo's machine as its mainstay. By using it in conjunction with a shaker, it is possible to create a transfer film fully automatically.

■Manufacturer's genuine RIP software "Vertilis" with excellent functionality and operabilityIt has excellent functionality and operability, and is also available in Japanese, making it easy to use. There are four print settings available: Rich/Premium/Speed/Standard.

■Uses high-concentration Oeko-Tex inkWe have taken advantage of our printing know-how to address the issue of white ink clogging, which is the most concerning issue with DTF printers. First is the circulation system inside the white ink tank. Regular circulation prevents white ink from settling and reduces ink clogging.

Adopting a double white specification equipped with two white nozzles, it has high concentration and high productivity, which further reduces the frequency of ink replacement, increasing work efficiency. Cascade's ink uses Oeko-Tex certified ink, which is safe and high quality. The ink shape uses a degassed aluminum pack, which reduces clogging with air bubbles and allows for more stable printing.
