About This Product

■Europort original DTF print system cascade shaker

It is ideal for users who want to further increase the productivity of conventional DTF, those who are considering expanding or replacing a DTF printer, and those who want to start DTF printing. It can be used not only for apparel printing, sports uniforms, work uniforms, etc., but also for medium to large-lot business situations such as creating novelty and school-related wear and goods.

■Advantages of DTF

In DTF printing, 80% of the work process is performed automatically by the machine. The human cost can be kept to a minimum because the only human cost is transcription work, which can be easily created even by first-time users. In addition, there is no need to cast, retack, plate making, or create white plate data, greatly increasing productivity compared to conventional systems. Compatible materials are wide-ranging, including cotton, polyester, and other woods, and we plan to increase the number of compatible materials through repeated verification. Regarding production volume, the automation function allows a single machine to handle small to large-lot mass production. Equipped with CMYK ink, allowing full color printing

■Equipped with automation functions to greatly reduce human costs

If the width is 600mm, you can imposition two A3 sheets vertically side by side. The space-saving and highly productive DTF shaker is equipped with an automation sensor function. It is a mechanism that detects the operating status using sensors linked to various parts and operates the conveyor rollers and heaters accordingly.

■Reducing electricity usage charges

Powder can be added automatically by detecting the weight of powder. We have also developed an original product to reduce powder scattering. Furthermore, electricity consumption is reduced by heat flushing only when transporting sheets.

■Stable film transport function

Air is sucked through the numerous holes on the conveyor roller, allowing stable conveyance without the film floating or meandering due to heat. In addition, a parallel conveyance auxiliary guide is also installed to connect the shaker and printer, so the film is conveyed straight from the printer to the shaker.

■Equipped with Japanese touch panel

Equipped with a reliable original LCD touch panel that supports Japanese. The touch panel allows you to understand the settings and operating status of various functions such as powder application amount, temperature settings, and conveyance speed at a glance, allowing for intuitive operation.
