About This Product

The DTF printer TY-300 is a high-performance printer capable of industry-leading high-speed printing. By installing two new print heads in a staggered arrangement, the dot density per pass has been improved, achieving high-quality printing even with a small number of passes. By adopting the new ink S-PG2-ink, we have achieved optimum white density without bleed-through and a thin and flexible ink film thickness. This allows for high quality and flexible expression. Additionally, it boasts high washing fastness and has received Eco Passport certification, making it ideal for environmentally conscious printing businesses.

■Equipped with two new print heads in a staggered arrangement (CMYK, Wh4 nozzles)

・Production (practical mode) Achieves productivity of more than 10.9m2 ・High-quality printing is possible with fewer passes due to improved dot density per pass. - Faithfully reproduces everything from deep black to bright pastel colors ・Improved durability due to longer nozzle life

■Equipped with new ink S-PG2-ink

・Optimal white density with no see-through ・The ink film is thin and has a supple texture similar to that of a garment printer. ・High washing fastness verified by a review organization (4th to 5th grade for cotton, poly, and nylon) ・High drying properties also support printing on 3rdParty media

■Reliable stability for daily mass printing

・Optimize cleaning to match the customer's output volume and reduce waste ink: Reduce unnecessary waste liquid discharge due to automatic maintenance during nights when the machine is not in use or during long vacations. Achieves optimal operation with excellent cost performance, even in the off-season when customers have low usage or busy workloads. ・Sheet feeding mechanism designed to work with the DTF shaker oven: One-touch feeding on the main body's LCD panel (can be operated even during cleaning), speed and length can be set arbitrarily (factory setting: 1,000mm)

TY-300 exclusive ink and powder are certified by Oeko-Tex® Eco Passport, an international standard that guarantees the safety of textile products.
