About This Product

■ Industry-leading production speed TxF300-75ep

The biggest feature of the DTF printer "TxF300-75ep" is its two 80cm wide heads (staggered arrangement). Production speed is 7.5m2/h720×720 (6pass). It is ideal for users who want higher productivity than the conventional 60cm width with DTF printing that allows high production. It can be used not only for apparel printing, sports uniforms, work clothes, etc., but also for medium to large-lot business situations such as creating novelty and school-related wear and goods.

■Achieve safe operation by eliminating ink ejection failure and white ink clogging

It uses Mimaki Engineering's genuine RIP, and has a user-friendly operation interface and high color reproducibility. Equipped with Mimaki's technologies NCU and NRS that support stable operation, even if a problem occurs with the nozzle, printing can be resumed without waiting for service personnel to repair, allowing production to continue. It is also equipped with MCT, a function that effectively suppresses pigment precipitation by periodically circulating white ink. In addition to preventing problems such as "white ink clogging," we have incorporated an aluminum pack design into the ink packaging format and adopted a deaerating ink design to improve "ink ejection failure" and achieve stable output.

■NCU & NRS automatically detects nozzle missing to minimize downtime

NCU & NRS automatically detects missing nozzles before and after printing, and performs NCU as appropriate to automatically detect missing nozzles and minimize downtime. By doing this frequently, it is possible to resolve output issues before they occur and ensure stable operation. DTF printing is often performed continuously for a long period of time. The TxF300-75ep has an automatic detection function that prevents the operation from stopping midway through, allowing comfortable printing even for long periods of time.
