About This Product

■What is Carb Etherm?

A paint-like heater material using nanocarbon. After forming an electrode on the material you want to use as the heater base material, apply Carbo e-Therm on top of it. After drying, it generates heat as a heater by connecting an external power source. It can be used at voltages as low as 5V to commercial 200V. It is possible to manufacture safe and highly efficient heaters. Since the base material itself can be used as a heater, it can also be applied directly to curved or uneven materials. ■High thermal conductivity

Because it is nanosized, it has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity.

■Excellent dispersibility

Better dispersibility than other liquid heat-generating paints

■High infrared effect

Far-infrared effect is superior to metal heating elements (nichrome wire, etc.)

■Selectable heat-generating paint

Five types of heat-generating paints with different maximum operating temperatures are available depending on the application.

■Screen printing is also possible

It is also possible to manufacture uniform planar heating elements using screen printing, etc.

■Fast drying/forced drying OK

Water-based paint dries quickly and is easy to use

■Basic usage

Please see below for the basic installation method of Carbo e-Therm. ① Attach the electrode Metal tape, braided wire, silver paste, etc. can be used for the electrode. ② Paint and let dry. Apply it to cover the electrodes and let it dry. *Can also be applied by spray, roller, coating machine, etc. *We recommend a coating thickness of 20 to 150 μm. *The resistance value changes depending on the thickness of the coating film, the length of the electrodes, and the distance between the electrodes. *It takes 24 hours to dry naturally. (Forced drying is also possible) ③ Connect the power supply. Connects to DC/AC power supply (can be used with DC/AC). *We recommend using a voltage power supply of 100v or less. ・Coating (after drying) Sheet resistance value (Ω/sq) relative to coating thickness 16Ω/sq 20μm 5Ω/sq 40μm
