About This Product

The ZPure M gas purification filter has a large capacity of 3,800cc, has a large removal capacity, and can be used at high flow rates. The shape is cylindrical and made of 316 stainless steel, and the connection part uses 1/2" VCR and 1/4" compression fitting connections. ZPure M filters are available in hydrocarbon, moisture, oxygen/moisture filters and PolyGas II removal types.

■Recommended applications

Inert gases, He, Ar, N2, and H2 can be purified in larger volumes. Recommended for any application requiring high purity gas free of contaminants. It is especially widely used in semiconductor applications.
