About This Product

High purity gases are a key requirement for many applications in gas chromatography, spectroscopy, optics, lithography, manufacturing and analytical laboratories. ZPure™ gas filters remove a wide range of contaminants down to trace levels.

・Stainless steel body ・Integrated stainless steel frit for particulate removal ・High capacity adsorbent ・All-metal sealing system ・Leak checked using helium gas

■Recommended applications

It can be used to purify inert gases, He, Ar, N₂, and H₂, making it ideal for use in GC and GC/MS carrier gas lines. It is also recommended for applications requiring ultra-high purity gases free of oxygen, water, and hydrocarbons (heavier than butane).
