■Summary

- Corrosion resistance is determined by measuring the electrochemical potential difference between each layer that appears during electrolysis of multilayer nickel plating. ・You can easily obtain the potential difference between each layer by graphing potential changes on the computer screen and using the waveform analysis function. ・It is also possible to measure the thickness of each layer of nickel plating separately. By using this device in conjunction with our electrolytic plating thickness measuring device such as the TH-11 model, it is possible to measure the corrosion resistance of multilayer nickel plating, which cannot be measured with an electrolytic plating thickness measuring device alone. . Using an electrolytic plating thickness measuring device, sample the electrochemical potential that appears when the object to be measured is electrolyzed, import it into a computer, create a graph of the temporal change in potential on the computer screen, and display the graph. Find the potential difference between each layer of nickel plating, which is the basis for determining corrosion resistance.
