About This Product

The etching process can be automatically managed, significantly saving chromic acid. Prevents the aging of etching solutions for plastic plating. Effective use of etching solution reduces running costs. Main features

■Keep the etching solution in the best condition.

By maintaining the trivalent chromium concentration in the etching solution at a low level, aging of the solution can be prevented and the best etching can always be performed.

■Renewal of etching solution can be significantly reduced.

Disposal of highly concentrated chromic acid solution can be significantly reduced, reducing waste liquid treatment costs and bath construction costs.

■Easier to automate the etching process.

It eliminates insufficient etching due to aging of the solution and maintains a constant etching effect, making it easy to automate the process.

■Driving is easy.

Operation is easy as it only requires the circulation pump and rectifier. (The catholyte needs to be replaced from time to time.)
