About This Product

ARGENTOX is a world leader in ozone test cabinets, manufacturing and designing them using all the latest knowledge gained from ozone deterioration research and development. It also supports humidity control as standard, which is essential in the European rubber, tire, plastic, and automobile industries.

This testing machine enables ozone deterioration tests on rubber and plastics in a high-concentration environment with a maximum ozone concentration of 1,000 ppm in the chamber. In addition to standard static tests, optional dynamic tests and test stations for hoses, belts, and tires are also available. In addition, we can perform tests that comply with various standards including ISO, JIS, and ASTM. Ozone concentration, temperature, and humidity can be set within each specification range and are automatically adjusted.

The chamber is equipped with a cooling device, allowing tests to be performed at temperatures lower than the air temperature inside the test chamber. The temperature inside the tank can be controlled from -5℃ to 90℃ as standard, and ozone aging tests can be performed from 0℃ to 70℃. Also, as an option, it is possible to control the temperature inside the tank from -40℃ to 100℃.
