About This Product
All kinds of hardness detectors, including the IRHD Micro and Type A durometer, can be installed to measure the hardness of all rubbers, from high hardness to ultra-low hardness. Optional special tables such as O-ring center alignment jig, tube/hose center alignment jig, and X-Y fine movement table are available. Using dedicated PC software, graphs and statistical values as well as creep/recovery tests can be automatically and easily performed. It is truly a versatile hardness tester.
■Rubber hardness detector
・Replacing the Digitest hardness detector is easy and one-touch. Just plug the detector into the connector on the main body bracket, the controller will automatically recognize it, and you will be ready to test rubber hardness immediately. There is no need for troublesome adjustments before the exam.
・We have a variety of detectors available to suit sample shapes and testing methods.
■PC software (optional)
・Software suitable for quality control
・In addition to measurement data and graphs, statistical data necessary for quality control is automatically calculated. Additionally, since the quality of the sample is automatically determined, the upper and lower limits can be freely set.
-Data can be exported to Excel and other programs. It is simple and extremely easy to use, and has a design that allows you to use it intuitively as soon as you install it.
-You can also freely layout the screen design.
