About This Product

This is a unique dispersion evaluation tester that uses fractal dimensions for image analysis to quickly, easily, and accurately check the dispersion of carbon black and other fillers in compounds. This testing machine enables direct control of the kneading process and contributes to improving product quality.

- Easy operation, just set the sample and click "Measure". - Applying fractal dimension to image processing software. - No need to input complicated condition values. ・Automatically determines OK/NG by setting management values. ・Highly accurate measurement is possible with the adoption of a 5 million pixel camera. ・High illumination and long lifespan achieved by using white LED lighting. - Display of particle number, particle size, and particle distribution. - Autofocus function eliminates individual differences during measurement. - Measurement results are automatically saved as soon as the measurement is completed and displayed in Excel. - Test results can be compared with various reports.

■Dispersion evaluation using fractal dimension

The core of this tester is an image judgment method using fractal dimension.

■Sample cutter

The cut surface of the measurement sample greatly affects the degree of dispersion. This testing machine comes with a special sample cutter developed to obtain more accurate data. It is possible to cut unvulcanized rubber and vulcanized rubber. In addition, by using the optional sample tensioning device, you can cleanly cut rubber that is difficult to cut normally.

■Creation of test result report

By using the report function, it is easy to compare and manage the degree of dispersion.
