About This Product
This Mooney viscometer was developed with emphasis on operability and data reproducibility. Automatically measures Mooney viscosity and scorch properties of unvulcanized rubber. Compliant with major standards such as ISO 289, JIS K 6300-1, and ASTM D 1646.
■Features
・Excellent operability, device control, data analysis, and statistical processing from a PC, making it easy to operate. No special training is required and it is designed for anyone to use from the day it is installed.
- By modularizing the area around the die, and by combining the die, heater, and temperature sensor into one module, not only has daily maintenance and cleaning become easier, but there is no need to remove the temperature sensor, so the sensor Breakage is avoided as much as possible and stable temperature control is now possible.
- Excellent temperature recovery, film heater adoption, and PID control not only shorten warm-up time but also achieve high-speed temperature control.
・Automatic load calibration, just by clicking the automatic calibration button, everything is done automatically, from obtaining the zero point to applying a load and calibrating 100M.
・For safety, the air cylinder will not descend unless the cover is completely closed.
■Creation of test result report
Viscosity reports and scorch reports can be displayed in Excel format from saved test data.
