This rotorless type vulcanization testing machine adopts an advanced closed conical die method and is made in compliance with major standards such as JIS K 6296-3, ISO 6502, ASTM D5289, etc., and is easy to use and low cost. This is a high-performance vulcanization tester that is affordable.

■Using an excellent closed conical dieClosed conical dies, which are widely used around the world, are particularly sensitive during the early stages of vulcanization, and the die pattern is arranged radially to prevent sample rubber from slipping. We have also achieved excellent temperature distribution and temperature control performance. In particular, it has excellent data accuracy and reproducibility.

■Designed with an emphasis on operabilityAfter selecting the test conditions and specifying the tester and batch number, all you have to do is press the start button and the test will start automatically. If you want to measure under the same conditions, you can perform continuous measurements by simply pressing the start button from the second time onwards. During measurement, the vulcanization curve and upper and lower die temperatures are displayed on the screen in real time. Furthermore, if continuous measurements are taken under the same test conditions, the vulcanization curves will be displayed overlapping each other, allowing for easy visual comparison.

■Creation of test result report・Detailed information on the standard report and test conditions will be displayed, and statistical values ​​(average value, σ, CV value) will be automatically calculated.
・Comparison report, it is possible to compare past data and current data.
