About This Product

The atomizer is an impact-type pulverizer intended for fine pulverization at high speeds of 100 m/sec or more. In addition to stable product particle size, it has extremely large processing capacity. In this machine, a hammer attached to a rotating disk rotates at high speed inside a lining plate set on the outer periphery while maintaining a 1 mm interval, and collisions between molecules due to impact, abrasion, crushing, and high-speed disturbance occur. This is a pulverizer that atomizes the particles. The main body has a thick casing, and parts to protect the case are used in various places, so it is durable and rarely breaks down.

■This machine is an impact-type crusher designed for somewhat coarse grinding (approximately 100 to 300 microns) at a low circumferential speed of around 30 m.

It features low circumferential speed, small number of hammers, and large grinding chamber clearance, and in addition to stable product particle size, it has extremely large processing capacity. This machine is a sister machine of MKA-5J.
