About This Product

The atomizer is an impact-type pulverizer intended for fine pulverization at high speeds of 100 m/sec or more. In addition to stable product particle size, it has extremely large processing capacity. In this machine, a hammer attached to a rotating disk rotates at high speed inside a lining plate set on the outer periphery while maintaining a 1 mm interval, and collisions between molecules due to impact, abrasion, crushing, and high-speed disturbance occur. This is a pulverizer that atomizes the particles. The main body has a thick casing, and parts to protect the case are used in various places, so it is durable and rarely breaks down.

■This is a small stainless steel jacket-cooled production machine that can crush very small quantities of raw materials.

The front cover opens and closes, making disassembly for cleaning and assembly easy. In addition, because it is a small machine, the grinding efficiency is high, and fine particles of 200 to 300 mesh (60 to 30M) can be obtained relatively easily.
