About This Product

The conventional Selenium miller is an airflow-type pulverizer that uses high-speed swirling airflow to ultrafine the raw material into particles of 10 to 20 μm using effects such as impact, shearing, compression, grinding, and high-frequency vibration. Mirror DAU (Dow) is a crushing device that is even superior to jet mills, and has further evolved its contents to enable batch continuous crushing under reduced pressure, achieving ultrafine crushing of 5 to 10 microns, which was previously impossible. has been completed.

■Features

This machine has all equipment such as a crusher, bag filter, and blower set on a common base, so you can start production immediately by simply connecting power and air. By incorporating a sanitary type bag filter, the filter can be easily removed and cleaned, making it completely sanitary.

■Internal structure

This is an air-flow type pulverizer that uses high-speed rotating rotor blades to generate high-speed swirling airflow in the pulverizing chamber, and uses effects such as impact, compression, shearing, grinding, and high-frequency vibration to turn raw materials into ultra-fine particles. This machine is a hybrid grinder that combines three grinding principles: jet grinding, impact grinding, and stone mill grinding. Since there is no built-in screen, the structure is simple and there are almost no failures.

■Budge continuous crushing method under reduced pressure

This is a crusher that can adjust the input amount of raw materials and perform continuous badge operation under reduced pressure. It is possible to achieve ultra-fine refinement through repeated pulverization, which is a feature of badge operation, and to prevent material deterioration through reduced-pressure pulverization (adiabatic expansion, an effect that lowers temperature when gas expands). It is now possible to easily obtain pulverized products with less deterioration in quality and flavor. Additionally, when crushing delicate materials, inert gas can be added during depressurization.
