About This Product

This is an air-flow type pulverizer that uses high-speed rotating rotor blades to generate high-speed swirling airflow in the pulverizing chamber, and uses effects such as impact, compression, shearing, grinding, and high-frequency vibration to turn raw materials into ultra-fine particles.

This machine is a hybrid grinder that combines three grinding principles: jet grinding, impact grinding, and stone mill grinding. Since there is no built-in screen, the structure is simple and there are almost no failures. In addition, the grinding chamber is equipped with classification and grinding blades that also serve as a grinding function, making it possible to easily obtain fine particles with an extremely sharp particle size distribution of 10 to 20 microns without ejecting coarse particles.

Particle size adjustment is possible by changing setting conditions such as rotation speed, classification blade clearance, raw material input amount, and air volume adjustment. (All models equipped with water cooling jacket as standard)

■Developed based on the concept of ``easy disassembly and cleaning and easy replacement of types.''Although it is small with an installation area of ​​only 1.5m2, it has a large processing capacity, so it can be installed in limited factory space. Equipped with a water cooling jacket, product temperature can be kept low.
