About This Product
The Micro Meister Mini is a wet/dry precision grinder that allows you to obtain the desired particle size by using a wide variety of basket-shaped cutting heads.
The centrifugal force of the rotor rotating at high speed forces the material against the inner surface of the cage-shaped cutting head, and the material is cut by the knife inside the head. The particle size of the product after cutting is extremely stable, and it exhibits high performance not only in meat and seafood processing, but also in agricultural processing of vegetables and fruits.

When you add vegetables, fruits, and gyoza filling, the two types of basket-shaped blades will crush them to the same size. It is easy to operate and can be used from the day you receive it, allowing anyone to achieve the same quality and significantly reduce preparation time.
