■By taking advantage of the high-speed cutting technology cultivated with the 3M7-40 model, the sister machine 4M 7-10 model has been completed.
The Micro Meister Mini is a wet/dry precision grinder that allows you to obtain the desired particle size by using a wide variety of basket-shaped cutting heads.
The centrifugal force of the rotor rotating at high speed forces the material against the inner surface of the cage-shaped cutting head, and the material is cut by the knife inside the head. The particle size of the product after cutting is extremely stable, and it exhibits high performance not only in meat and seafood processing, but also in agricultural processing of vegetables and fruits.
By replacing the basket-shaped cutting head, you can cut from fine pastes to large flakes several centimeters in size. It can also process liquids, solids, and mixed solid-liquid raw materials, so it can be used in a wide range of fields such as food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals.
■Cage-shaped cutting head
The raw material is pressed against the wall of the cutting head and cut by the centrifugal force of the rotor rotating at high speed. The opening of the cutting head set in this machine is available from 0.25mm to 40mm depending on the application, such as paste or flake cutting. It has an extremely simple structure and can be completely disassembled and cleaned.
