About This Product
Micromeister is a precision grinder that enables unprecedented ultra-high speed rotation. The powerful shearing force generated by the high-speed rotor and the edges of the numerous blades arranged outside the rotor enables precise cutting in microns.
This machine has three grinding functions: "precision cutting head", "basket type cutting head", and "grinder", and can be used in all industrial fields such as food, spices, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and cosmetics.
The drive unit uses an oil mist circulation system, which not only enables continuous operation at high speeds, but also succeeds in suppressing heat generation during continuous rotation.
■The spacing between the rotor and blades is precisely machined to maintain a 300 micron distance.
We have more than 10 types of heads with blades ranging from 50 to 222, so we can meet all your needs, including coarse grinding, fine grinding, and ultra-fine grinding. Depending on the application, a Micro Meister Mini basket-shaped cutting head or grinder can be attached.
■Stable particle size distribution with ultra-precision mechanism
There are two types of blades available: "S type" for ultra-precise cutting and "L type" for slightly rough cutting. Two types of blades are available: carbide and ceramic.
